The following are the terms

and conditions of the Game Story February Puzzle Promotion Terms (the “Promotion” and
“Promotion Terms“, as
applicable), which is sponsored by Game Story Ltd. (“Company“, “us“
or “we” or “our“) and will run on the
Company’s Bingo Bling and Solitaire Stash (“Game(s)“) apps.
Participation in the Promotion shall be subject to the provisions below and the
Company’s Terms of Service (“Terms“),
General Promotion Rules (“General Promotion Rules“) and Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy“).

Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms and
General Promotion Rules.

General

1.      You agree that in order to participate in the Promotion (including,
without limitation, in order to win any reward), you will fully comply with all
applicable laws, regulations, statutes, ordinances and provisions that apply to
you and to us, including, without limitation, these Promotion Terms, Terms,
Privacy Policy and General Promotion Rules.

Eligibility

2.      By participating in the Promotion, you hereby represent
and warrant that in addition to the general eligibility requirements in our
General Promotion Rules, you: (i) have an account registered on either Game;
(ii) have the full right and authority to participate in the Promotion; and
(iii) reside in the US.

3.      You may not use multiple email addresses, accounts or
identities or any other method in order to participate in the Promotion more
than once. You may not register on behalf of another person.

4.      You may be asked at any time to provide us or our
designated third party with proof of your age, identity or residency and you
must, on demand, be able to present a valid documentation which may enable us
to verify your age, residency or identity to our reasonable satisfaction. If
you are unable to provide satisfactory documents, we may exclude you from the
Promotion and may forfeit any privileges or Prizes (as defined below) that have
been allocated to you without compensation of any kind. You hereby irrevocably
waive any claims or rights in connection with any such exclusion or forfeiture.

How to enter the Promotion and selection of winners

5.     
In order to participate in the Promotion, you will need to collect
puzzle pieces and complete an album in the Games. Players who will be able to complete
the album within the Promotion Period shall be entitled to a Prize (as defined
below).

6.      The choice of winners is final and binding, unless stated
otherwise in these Promotion Terms or the General Promotion Terms.

Prizes

7.      Each winner will be awarded with bonus cash and $50 amazon
gift card (collectively, the
“Prize(s)“). Note that bonus cash can only be used to play and
cannot be withdrawn. In New York and Florida, total prizes will be limited up
to $5,000.

8.     
Prizes are
non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for a cash equivalent.

9. 
If a Prize, or any
portion thereof, cannot be granted for any reason, we reserve the right (but
not the obligation) to substitute such Prize for one of similar or greater
value, in our sole discretion.

10.  By accepting the Prize, the winners: (i) irrevocably
release and forever discharge the Company, its successors, assignees, and
licensees from any future claims arising from the Promotion, the Services or
the Prizes; and (ii) agree that they will not assert or maintain against
Company, its successors, assigns and licensees, any claim, action, suit or
demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to those
grounded upon invasion of privacy, rights of publicity or other civil rights,
or for any reason in connection with their participation in the Promotion, the
Services or accepting the Prizes.

11.  The winners are solely responsible for reporting and
paying any and all applicable taxes related to the Prizes and paying any
expenses associated therewith which are not specifically provided for in the
Promotion Terms.

12.  We will notify the winners via a pop-up in the relevant
Game. In case we need any further
information, we will contact you directly using the contact details you
provided us. In which case, you will have seventy-two (72) hours to respond. If
you are unable to respond within the designated timeframe, Company may forfeit
the Prize and grant it to another winner.   

13.  By participating in the Promotion, you allow the Company
to contact you, for the purpose of administration of the Promotion and awarding
of Prizes.

14.  Except where legally prohibited, the potential Prize
winners may be required to sign and return, within 7 days of being notified, an
affidavit/declaration of eligibility, liability and publicity release (“Affidavit”) in order to claim their
Prizes. Failure to sign and return the Affidavit in time will disqualify a
potential winner from being entitled to receive the Prize.

15.  Prizes will be delivered to winners within
10 business days from the Company receiving the winner’s full details (as
required to provide the Prize), unless Company, in its sole discretion, has any
reason to believe the winner is not eligible to participate in the Promotion or
to be awarded a Prize.

16.  Company is not responsible in any manner for, any
warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law,
relating to any of the Prizes, regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the
Prizes, including, without limitation, their quality, condition, or fitness for
a purpose. The winners of the Prizes hereby agree to release the Company and
its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all
claims in connection with the Promotion and the award or use of any of the
Prizes.

Limitation of Liability and Release

17.  By entering into the Promotion, you agree to release,
indemnify, and hold harmless Company, and its respective parents, subsidiaries,
affiliates, distributors, suppliers, and advertising, promotional and judging
organizations and each of their respective employees, officers, directors,
shareholders, and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) from and
against any and all claims, expenses and liability sustained or incurred from
participation in the Promotion and the receipt and use of any Prize(s) awarded
through the Promotion arising in any manner whatsoever, including but not
limited to an act or omission, whether negligent, intentional or otherwise,
caused by the Releasees or the Promotion.

18.  By entering into the Promotion, you agree to indemnify,
defend and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims,
expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys/legal fees) arising
out of or relating to any other user’s participation in the Promotion.

19.  You agree that the Releasees are not responsible for any
incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the services, other
users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in
the Promotion and that the Releasees assume no responsibility for (i) any
injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or
indirectly, in whole or in part, from a user’s participation in the Promotion
or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize(s); (ii) any error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission on the Services; (iii)
any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or internet
hardware or software malfunctions or failures, problems with connections or
availability; (iv) garbled or jumbled transmissions, service
provider/internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability; (v) traffic
congestion; (vi) unauthorized human intervention; or (vii) theft or
destruction, tampering, or unauthorized access to entries or entry information.

20.  In no event will the Releasees be responsible or liable
for any damages or losses of any kind, including indirect, incidental,
consequential or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the
Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, the Services and Promotion are
provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied,
including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not
allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential
damages or exclusion of implied warranties so some of the above limitations or
exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited
to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Additional General Terms

21.  The Company may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, and
any of the Prizes or benefits offered hereunder, including without limitation,
where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or
regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where due to circumstances beyond its
control (e.g. epidemic, earthquake, strike, war, act of God etc.)
the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.

22.  The Company reserves the right to change the Prizes and terms of
this Promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

23.   If we become
aware of any fraud, deceit, misconduct, dishonesty or similar action concerning
your participation in the Promotion, or if you acted in a disruptive manner or
with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the
Promotion or if you breached any of these Promotion Terms, General Promotion
Rules, Terms or any additional laws, regulations and rules which apply to your
use of the Services, then (i) we reserve the absolute right to automatically
and immediately disqualify you or invalidate your entry, and (ii) we also
reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies from you to the full
extent permitted by law. If fraud, deceit, misconduct, dishonesty or other
action is only discovered after any applicable Prize has been granted to you,
then you shall be required to return the Prize (or provide equivalent
compensation) to us immediately upon receipt of our demand to do so.

24.  If you win a Prize,
you may be required to take part in reasonable publicity. Winning a Prize
constitutes your consent that Company will publish the following information
concerning you: name, username, photo, state of residence and the Prize and you
hereby grant us permission to use your username and photo for PR and promotion
purposes relating to the Promotion or Company and for our legitimate interests.
All processing of personal data by us will be made in accordance with the terms
of our Privacy Policy.

25.  This Promotion is not endorsed by, affiliated, or
associated with, maintained, or sponsored by any third party. All products,
services and company names referenced or included are the registered trademarks
of their original owners. The use of any mark, name, image, or likeness is for
identification and reference purposes only and does not imply any association
with the trademark holder, respective individual, or their brand. The
Company expressly disclaims any affiliation with any third party trademarks or
rights of publicity referenced or included on the Promotion, or related
materials. The use of any mark, name, image, or likeness is not intended to
mislead, confuse the customer, or infringe on the copyright, rights of
publicity, or trademark of any third party. Such use in no way indicates any
relationship with any third party, nor does it signify that any such third
party is the source of, endorses, approves of, or sponsors the Promotion or use
of our Services. We make no commercial claim to the use of any copyright,
rights of publicity, or trademark of any third party, or suggestion of
sponsorship or endorsement, and any such use is provided for informational
purposes only.

26.  Governing law will be as detailed in our Terms.

27.  In case of a conflict between these Promotion Terms, the
General Promotion Rules and the Terms, these Promotion Terms shall prevail.
